how do I fix it? I dont know why its on frown.gif


anyone help me diagnose this issue?

I still own my celica, but i'm parting it out and junking it.. Or selling as a whole. Have a honda prelude now :(

Yeah I did, they always had it to get the air bag light to just shut off. I actually want to fix the problem.

If you read through some of the threads/posts, you'll see that the problem appears to be that either the sensors have gone bad and need to be replaced, or that the airbag(s) themselves need to be serviced. You'll also see in the posts that it suggest that you first check your fuse (or relay? I don't remember) to make sure it hasn't gone out. If the fuse/relay/whatever is good, the next step is to check the sensors as that is most likely the culprit.

idk where sensors are, also, For now, I yanked the fuse... I need it fixed because of my father is really anal about those kinda things.

the sensor is under the center console. it is a metal rectangular box with a yellow cable going to it. you'll need a special screw driver head to get it out.
