Man, I would love to see some aftermarket companies like G3 making projectors for our cars. I mean, if they could make projectors for them dodge neons, they could easily fabricate some for ours too. What would it take for us to get a petition to those companies to make aftermarket projectors for our cars? Paying almost $500 is too much for projectors, I rather pay around $200-$300. Have anybody try doing this before?? I mean, it'll probably be plastic and all......but I wouldn't mind knowing that they exist. What do you guys think??

I think it would be great, but do you really think they would sell for around $300 for the pair?

I tried searching for those Neon projectors, and the prices that I've seen are around $400, which isn't much of a savings... Do you know the actual price for the Neon Projectors?

That's good to know. If people are really serious with this... all it takes is one person to write the company a letter... I think it would be more professional to mail a letter than sending an email. But it wouldn't hurt to do both.

Kuya, do you want to write them a letter?? Or better yet, lets all write a letter ourselves and send them.

Unfortunately... I don't have time to organize something like this. I wish I did... cuz you know that I would help out... but I just don't have time.

Sorry guys. frown.gif

I disagree. Expensive parts are cool cuz then it stays rare. Like, when u see someone with the projectors you're like, DAMN. Cuz they look sick and you know it costed a grip. I still say DAMN when I see the JDM tails.

If someone gets some contact information for a few companies, I'll write a letter and submit it, though I highly doubt that I'll even get a response. I've done this sort of thing a couple times before, without much luck, but there's always a chance. wink.gif

That said, I'd almost rather spend the $500 for JDM projectors myself, because they're made out of glass and are very high quality. I've seen so many aftermarket headlights that collect all kinds of condensation in them.

Isnt that what I said about the Currens? Now they're on ebay every other day.

The price on the projectors really isnt that bad if u consider yoru getting 4 heads for around 800. Thats 200 a light, and if u look at the Neon projectors, they're 400 and u only have 2 headlights.

$200 for 2 Neon projectors. Thats would be only $400 for all 4 of ours. But I'm sure that will never happen. Plus the cheap Neon ones are sealed terribly and always have condensation. Almost as bad as my stock headlights. wink.gif

No doubt that you're also getting Toyota genuine parts. Nothing aftermarket will be better. And if u only want to get the actual projectors for our cars yeah its going to be cheaper. But I dont like things not matching so i wouldnt get anything but the projectors and superclears.
