Currently, I have 215 45 17 tires mounted on my rims, would 215 50 17 be better or the lower aspect ratio is better? thanks

softer drive the bigger sideawall you run 205/40's will be a hard ride, while 205/50's or 55's will be alot softer

IC, another quick Q, whats the stock size rim and tire for the 6gc? Is it 195 55 15?
I never had stock rims when i got the car.

I think it has been well documented on this site that the best compormise of performance and comfort is to go with a 225/45R-17 tire.

bigger the better comfort, however not so good the looks and the extra weight, circumference.
