i have a 97, theres nothing diffrent about 95 stock bumper right??thanks in advance

Front bumper is different on '94 and '95 Celicas. They're pre-facelift models, so the design is a bit different (signals are clear on 96-99s, amber on 94-95s). You'll just have to find pictures of each and see the differences for yourself.
That said, I don't think there's any problem fitting one on another. No difference between the hatchbacks, but the coupes/verts have different bumpers.
