QUOTE 215/40 should be good for that size wheel. you could probably go to a 225/35/16 on an 8" wide i have 16s and have 205/55 cause i'm at like 7" wide. So from lip to lip it's 8, but I'm guessing it's only a 7 since the tire won't be the same size as the lip. How stretched do your 205s look?
