no it wont just bolt up

the turbo and manifold will, but the piping and exhaust seup will not work without modification

the kit is expensive and comes with a small turbo. you could have a better setup with a bigger turbo, making more power for less money.

Why go with a bigger turbo? That turbo can handle over 200 hp. I don't think anyone's going to boost their 7afe that much.

because a bigger turbo is more efficient so basically, with a t3 you can run less psi and still make the same power as a t25 running a little more boost.

and those t25's have a tendency to not hold boost in the upper rpm's. a t25 will run harder and hotter than a t3.

Actually he said T3 not T4 fallen hero.

I'd prolly go custom turbo on the 7AFE, as many people have had good setups doing it all custom on their own...i's also cheaper.

I was pointing out that bigger is better to a point. I think a T-3 is as big as you could want on our engines. Anything bigger would lag and be useless for big power.

In other words, I know what he said wink.gif

Is there still a manifold made for the 7a? I have heard things... the only think I can think of right now is custom if the guy from JGS tools quit making them.

OMG you have a budget of 4k and are looking to boost a 7afe..... let me think a second.... STUPID!!!!! why not swap in a bigger engine? it just doesnt make sense to me to want to have an expensive turbo set up on your 7afe... with 4k couldnt you swap in a 2.0 beams motor and be pushing 200hp and still be NA and you could run spray on that if you wanted... thats what i would do. sorry if i sound heated, but i am... i guess jealousy... anyway good luck with whatever you decide to do.

WITH 4G'S WHY DONT YOU SWAP IN A 3S-GTE, IT WOULD BECOME A NICE LITTLE SLEEPER WITH ABOUT 250 OR SO HP... THERE IS A WEBSITE YOU CAN GET THE ENGINE TRANNY AND TURBO FOR $1800. ITS A JDM SWAP

but does that come with the harness and ECU? And all the little extras that complete the engine? that's why you buy the clipp, plus, that way you know the mileage.
