After I installed my GT4 hood I noticed that the hood sits crooked on the passenger side. The passenger side of the hood sits slightly higher on the passenger side. Also the hood is more to the driver side, meaning the hood has a bigger gap between the hood and the fender on the passenger side. Could this be cause of the hinges being bent? or is the hood itself crooked? Is there a fix to this? I would have gotten some quick pictures but it dark already but hopefully the information I left helped create a picture of this.
Thanks |

You can losen the hinges and play with it. Also check the rubber stops.

^^^ good luck I've tried everything to get the hood to sit perfect on both sides and no luck. I just cant figure out why this happens. My only conclusion is the hood is slightly bent??? I tried everything bend the hinges slightly, even tried to have only 2 or the 4 bolts on. Nothing. I think I put a small dent on the hood now for trying to push it down to sit flush with the fender. I even tried to adjust the way the fender sits and nothing. I've given up, I know the rubber stops have nothing to do with it. Although I did adjust the four front ones on the radiator support to give it a nicer flush sit at the front, but didn't do nothing to help how the hood sits higher over the passenger side fender. The only thing now I can do is take it to a body shop to see if they can do something.
