Nice progress! The switches probably won't work, but the lever with the foglight switch can be picked up from 1sttoyotaparts for around $70. by any change you know the part number or correct name, cuz I try to find out but no success on https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com The part number for the lever w/ foglight switch built in is 84140-20560. Looks like it's $63.57 -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

You'll need to run your own wiring, which I don't know how it would be done. Its probably more work than it's worth. On my old 95 I wired my JDM lamps to the wiring from the aftermarket PIAA lamps that were installed. They had their own switch inside the car. Let's not stray off topic. Shoot me a PM if you've got more questions. Let's not clutter someone else's thread. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

Pics are always great. I would be a bit pissed at my car sitting on a trailer beside the lettering 'junk cars towed.'

hahaha, good eye. I didn't catch that myself lol I was too caught up in the moment.
Happy its gone butttt...... now I gotta find a way to get enough money to pay off the welding and crap. I wanna find a way to make a little bit more money so he can patch up the middle holes the ST spoiler makes. As well as cut and put in a new quarter panel. Small amount of rust, but it's annoying the crap out of me. -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica ST 25th Anni. Edition #461

GT spoiler? You mean '94-'95 spoiler? Lol the GT and ST came with the same spoiler. The difference was simply the year.
Great progress though! I'm glad to see that the car is going to the shop for reconstruction! Are you going to do any of the work yourself, like putting the headlights or new bumper on or are you going to let the shop do it all? -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. Still thinking about it, I want them to do it but I barely have any money left. Right now I'm just trying to estimate how much money I need to get the car running. So depending on the outcome, I'll take it from there. But more then likely they'll do it, I want everything to line up and I'm also gonna have the holes the spoiler needs in the middle covered/patched or w.e and painted.
And lol yea very much still noobish with these 6g's, I'm trying my best -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica ST 25th Anni. Edition #461

And lol yea very much still noobish with these 6g's, I'm trying my best Hey, we all have to start somewhere You aren't near as much of a noob as I was. If I were you, in an effort to save money, I would have them do any cutting/welding, and I would do the rest. You can install the crash bar, headlights, and bumper yourself with basic tools. Plus, that gets you the added benefit of working on your car and getting to know it better. You ever need to do anything later, like if you want to install the JDM projectors, you'll have the knowledge and experience necessary. ANd the bragging rights of saying you are bringing that car back, instead of paying somebody else to do it for you! -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. And if I don't know how to do it, I'll try it anyway lol. But I want them to put it on so I know the welding was done right, and to make sure everything lines up as it should. The hood didn't line up to begin with so they have to heat it and pull it abit, aside from the welding. So I think it's a must for this situation. I wanna do it all myself but, I rather have everything like it came out of factory. awesome tigz..i look foward to meetin u. Same here shan , I want my little girl to take a look at how she'll be once I get some JDM steroids in her. -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica ST 25th Anni. Edition #461

Letting a body shop do it is easier It's what they do every day, so the job will be flawless, I'm sure. And 6gc's deserve nothing but the best. And why does everyone live in New Jersey except for me -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. And to think everyone's less then 30mins away from me and I never seen one of the car's on the road. Btw, back on topic concering the built. The Celi, is another the knife. They gave me a call yesterday and they just want me to go drop off some other parts that I had forgotten about, so tomorrow I'll take pics of it in the shop and to see how far they've gotten. -------------------- 1996 Toyota Celica ST 25th Anni.
