so the other day i started removing my rear seats and almost got them out, but the bottom cushions just wont come out. it seems like there's a metal bar that holding them down to the car. does anyone know how to take em off? i wanted to check here first before i end up breaking something

if im not mistaken its held in by pressure so some force straight up should get it out at least thats how it is with mine.

if i do just really force them out, will i be able to put them back in? and will they still be safe to sit it?

yes their ment to be removed like that i belive its just pressure clips holding it down. 100% safe once put back in.

There are some little clips holding the front of the seats in. Just pull straight up and they'll come out. Once they are out, you'll see how everything works.
