Hello 6gc member I have an issue with my car. When my car sits over night and I start it the next day black exhaust fumes( as I believe) come out of my exhaust. What can be the cause of this. I checked my oil and it is clean and full. Thanks for the help

Black exhaust means your car is running pig rich.

low quality fuel MAY cause this, or more likely oil/gas leaking into your intake or cyls

No I don't start it reving the engine and I use 81 octane. So it could plausibly be the quality of gas I'm putting in my car

Black is carbon -- check your spark plugs, but my bet is that you've got oil leaking onto your valves. It builds up with the valves closed, then drops all at once into your engine when you start. Were this a constant issue I'd suspect piston rings.
