as the title says....got bored decided to use some of my fab skills and i made my self front and rear strut braces tonight...here are some pics!

Dude, that's pretty damn cool bro, did you make a jig for the rear or just do it one piece at a time? How much were all the materials used? Maybe you could make a few =P

Hey that looks great.

I like that the rear one has 3 points of contact. Can you post a pic of where it mounts at the base?

wow pretty impressive, with the right tools and knowledge to use the tools you have you could save alot of money, now get them powder coated for better appearance..good job!

thanks for the reply's guys! yea i saved alot of money making these apose to buying them.....no jig was used just measured and used my fiting skills as i am a welder by trade....i was thinking about making more but we will see the metal i used was some kind of alloy and i unno were i could find more of it.....the rear bar is super super light! as for where it connects i built a bracket and it bolts where the back seats do.. the front one is just a modded stock gt one...im really happy with how they look specially the back one.....didn't cost me much to make as it was stuff i had laying around my shop...i was just bored and knew i could build them easy and i did.....keep and eye out im gonna see what else i can build for the car...i like building stuff appose to buying it lol...get more enjoyment outa it

deff look into selling the front one, it looks good. road test yet? how much of a handleing difference?

iv noticed a lil difference but i havent thrown it in to really really hard turns....once i loose the ebay coil overs and the road isnt frozen and covered in salt and sand il get more feedback from it.
