id say its decent rather than good. as far as car audio goes sony doesnt rank as high as they do with home audio. you can get some decks with ipod interface (not through aux) for a decent price now. im actually selling mines.. tongue.gif . and the speakers arent anything special either, but then again if you just want something that plays music and dont want to fuss around finding components then go for it.

the 6x9's are pointless unless you plan on modifying the rear brackets or putting them in a custom location (ex/ the hatch cover). 6.5" all around is the way to go.

i dont know much about which one are good but i am basing it on the brand and yes, sony make good products. aux input is good too but anyway im not much fan of apple products.

yeah i was searching last night and seems like no way to put the 6x9's in the rear without modification. i wish they just mede the deal with 6.5'" all 4.

so the sound quality is most likely based on the speakers?

i personally stay away from sony when it comes to car audio. infinity makes very nice 6.5's along with pioneer. search ebay, lot's of retailers for half the price you could find in stores. in my old ST i had pioneer 4-ways that were going for 2 hundo in the stores per pair. ebay had them brand new for 70. just an idea.
