First off, I apologize.. it's not done. It would have been, but my friend who was helping me out left at 1pm because he got a call from his fiancee that his basement was flooding ...yay!

Anywho, his basement is now fine, and the pipe to his washer repaired... we'll get back on this tomorrow and complete it. For now, all I can say is pretty much everything you see here I did by myself. I know it doesn't look like much, but laying this stuff out is hard to do by yourself, and I wasn't able to lay the vinyl down myself as you kinda need two people for these things.. they're huge. (The ones that are laid down were done in with my friend)

I got the spoiler and spoiler blocks back from the paint shop today. THEY LOOK AMAZING! It'll be on the car tomorrow, but for now... here's a teaser picture. Hope no one died from suffocation:

Thanks guys smile.gif. Can't wait to show it off in completion. Keep in mind, that even though the decals will be done tomorrow (hopefully), the large "Castrol" one on the spoiler won't be there obviously, as the paint hasn't fully cured yet.

Also, the new mud flaps have yet to arrive. The black ones will have to be taken off tomorrow so I can get the vinyl on.

Just kidding...

Looks good, those are 1998 SS-III wheels you have there. Can you tell me if they are 7 or 7.5 inch wide are the markings still there?

On the big stickers (If its proper vinyl) use lots of water with a very tiny small amount of washing up liquid and carefully use a credit card to push the water out from under them...this will allow you to remove the stickers and re use them if you dont line them up correctly or allow you some adjustment...use a hair drier to dry them out afterwards...but dont let them get too hot.

putting the stickers on without water will mean a large headache.

On the smaller stickers dont dother with water as you can line them up pretty easily without.

You`d be amazed how many people I have seen try to put vinyl straight onto a car laugh.gif sorry to state the obvious, but its better to say something simple than to not say it and let someone **** up a job wink.gif

Progress so far. So much to do, so much done... still working, just taking a breather. These are in the order they're completed. I actually have a lot more done than this.. but these are when I took pics of the car. Michelin decals are on the bumper and back quarter panels, but not shown for instance:

As far as the rear diff, drive shaft, 3sgte, e154f, superstrut, 4pot, etc.... they'll come when you pay for them, brother wink.gif haha.

Nice progress. I, however, would have put your own name as the driver or a co-driver. Would have been your little cameo.

Good idea. It's never too late to change it though smile.gif. Also, I'm not sure I'd want to broadcast my full name while I drive around. wink.gif
