does anyone have a thread here to swap from a 7afe to a 5sfe here anywhere?
-------------------- I still own my celica, but i'm parting it out and junking it.. Or selling as a whole. Have a honda prelude now :(

It's going to cost just about as much as a 7A to 3S swap, only much slower.

Well. I can't seem to find a 7a.. and i find a lot of 5s engines for dirt.

The engine might be cheaper, but you'd still have to get the correct transmission I assume, axles, etc.

did you check corolla's 93 -97 had the 7afe and the geo did too

Corollas, Geos, hell, you can even drop a 4AFE in there.

I've been looking for the past 2 weeks. Honestly, 10 minutes after I made this thread i found one for $300 running with 128k, i don't know if it's exactly it yet (could be a 1zz or w.e), but i will go see soon.

^ He's looking for something that he can drop in and go. 4AFE can run on a 7A ECU, so it's PnP, but a 4AG won't be a plug and play deal.
