Nice, but seems the glow part only can choose Blue or Red
Would u pls make the wording a bit smaller or the Dragon a bit bigger, try to make it flush

Here ya go, you can edit it however you want, I left them both white



And a bigger dragon picture would help a lot. Making it bigger made it very pixely and whatnot.

I'm not very good at photoshop, but I'm sure there's better members here than can help you out

Was thinking of Dragon Emblem in BLUE and Cursive Celica in RED, the Electro Luminescent Part can be 2 colors

Simple Wiring, but since our stocked door sills have minor Curve, still thinking of how to Stick both together well without gap

Cost dunno yet, if I gather numbers of members' interest, then I can negotiate with the factory for a better deal

But at the moment give me some design and post here.

Agreed. I think that the main problem is that the illuminated area is rectanglar. It would be better if only the logo were etched through. Alternatively, how about something classy that isn't illuminated at all:
