I know it’s been a while since we've mentioned about fabricating C-ONE lips for ST205s but we had good reasons for taking our time on this one. The result however, is excellent! biggrin.gif

The product is made with fibreglass and coated with black gel, kind that gives it glossy, pained-look finish. You can apply your own colour just like to any fibreglass products.

The fitment is perfect. The lip simply slots onto wings and fixes with screws from the bottom. One screw on each side; goes into the standard hole for the spats fixings. You’ll have to drill those holes yourselves though, very simple but we think it’s best if it’s done according to individual holes/wings positions.

Our retail price is £140

Let me know if there’is any interest smile.gif

Ray

Here are some photos:

P.S. Carbon lips won't be ready until end of next week (23rd) cos we've run out of carbon material.
PPS. The one fitted in this picture is how it comes. This is not painted or modded to fit. Just screwed on fresh off the production line. We can honestly say it's one of the best fitting copies around.

Carbon lip is now available at £240 plus postage of £60 to USA.

We have a company paypal you can pay by. I'll send payment once everything is ordered up later in stage. In your case once the carbon ones are done.

in any event, If you made front lips for the ST202/ST204/AT200 (at least 96+ bumpers) there would be tons of interest. Not many US guys have the GT-Four front end.

The 204 is the stateside version, the pre-facelift and face-lift bumpers. It's rare to see a GT4 front end swap around here.

Just saying that if you ever did make a mould for the stateside front ends, they'd sell like hot cakes!

I'm sure these will sell great;
- cheaper than a genuine c-one front lip ($600 by the time it gets to my front door) / very well priced
- 100 x better fitment compared to other products.
- RT Performance products all look 'quality'

Im sure GT4OC.net guys will snap these up.

Thanks Cal. We do alot more stuff then what's listed on the website however we don't put it up as much as we mainly trade in forums.

Postage to both Australia and Darussalam is the same. £60

This is not a group buy as they are available now and can be made to order.
They're selling quite well in the UK as many other copies fit poorly and over priced. We know this first hand as we've tested some.

Over at the GT4OC we're already taking orders for carbon ones which are abit more lighter andmore durable compared to the fibreglass ones.

If anyone wants to buy one, simple PM me

Ray

Sorry you are correct. It did have Ulteraleggeras but my business partner Taras (who owns this GT4) changed it to Rota G-Force when we went to Santa Pod drag stip a few weeks back.
