The first MR2/Celica turbo kit that:
* Has a stainless steel turbine housing

* Allows the customer to still use the factory turbo heatshield if desired

Some features of the EMSPowered kit to note:
* You can upgrade within the same family of turbo without switching out anything else. For example if you get an S247 and later on you want more power, you can upgrade to an S250, S252, or S256 by only switching out the turbo "cartridge" and compressor cover. Everything else stays the same. This makes the cost of upgrading a lot cheaper if you change your mind in the future.
* Our stainless steel turbine housing keeps heat in 20 times better than ceramic coating a normal turbo. What does this mean for you? This means that you get a more effecient turbo, you make more low end power and more top end power. This means that more heat (energy) is kept inside the turbine housing. This means that less heat escapes into your engine bay and your intercooler pipes. This means that you don't have to spend extra money to get your turbo ceramic coated like other turbo kits. It's a no-brainer. More power, more effecient turbo, less heat in your engine bay, more heat (energy) inside the turbine. All at no extra cost to you.
* Stainless steel interlocking flex section built into the downpipe. This means that you no longer have to worry about cracking downpipes due to engine movement during racing. Heard all the horror stories about broken downpipes from other turbo kits? Well, all that ends here. And whats even better, it's at no extra cost to you.
* We include both the factory O2 sensor bung and a wideband O2 sensor bung. We don't charge you extra for the wideband bung like some other companies do.
* Our turbo bolts directly onto your factory exhaust manifold. Why is this important? Have you heard your friends always talking about the bolts and nuts on their turbo coming loose and causing exhaust leaks? The more adapters and the more bolts you have the more points there are for failure. We've taken all of the funny adapters out of the equation and we've simply designed a turbo that bolts direclty to the exhaust manifold. Fewer points of failure, more time you get to spend racing and enjoying your car. Our kit is the only one available for the MR2 that bolts on without adapters. There's simply no competition.
* Our kit is the only one on the market that uses the all new TIAL V-band 38mm wastegate. The new v-band design not only flows better but allows better more precise control of boost levels.

let me get this straight.... a colorful wastegate is +20-25HP? ..... http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=65743

Take a closer look, the old kit had an internal wastegate. The new kit has an external wastegate. Also, on the old prototypes, we were doing testing on a STEEL turbine housing and didn't have a good feel for what the new STAINLESS STEEL housings would do as far as power/spool, these new kits all have STAINLESS STEEL turbine housings.
