Hi all, i know im not on here as often as i used to be but well i still have the vip'd out vert and just got a 99 hatch to fix up...
I know these kinds of posts are frowned upon but the usual "Whatever makes you happy" answer wont work because i love all cars and nothing really makes me happy enough to keep other than my 67 tongue.gif

Ive sold the RX8 i got after the TT and now im just driving my Cobalt SS, looking to jump into another vehicle before miles rack up here are my options...

08 Vw R32 19K miles
04 TT 3.2 roadster 20K miles
09 rx8 r3 NEW

these are all in the 26-28K range so im debating here at the dealer lol, cobalt is great but just hit 48K miles

If you love all cars but not happy with anything enough to keep, then you don't love them. You bounce around from car to car, is there anything you have that is "complete"? I ask that, because you have cars to work on already, yet you want other cars. Usually people who go on with cars and car never finish any of them, usually just for show and no go (which is ok if that's your thing).

Well sorry to say but...... "Whatever makes you happy", because you have to decide what is going to make you happy, we can't decide for you.

dont get the vdub

you already had a tt

and you already owned a rx-8

id say pick one of these 3 that are in your price range

05-06 M3 vert or coupe w/about 30-40k

01-04 zo6 with anywhere from 18-45k

or if you really want to go baller an 04-06 CTS-V w/anywhere from 20-40k

im tossing them 3 cars around now trying to figure out which one i want to pick up in the near future. All 3 are pushing 330 or over...might be a little too much power then your use too laugh.gif but all good choices either way. mix it up a little

the cts-v's feel like junk. The transmission just doesn't do it for me personally.

Are you looking for a bone-stock peppy daily driver as your 3 choices indicate?

with a classic and two project celi's, why not go with a baller sedan like an is350 (my personal favorite) or a beamer?

LOL 330 is easily manageable, remember my dailys are slower than my 67 camaro which has well over that, just looking for a sleek weekend car that i can drive daily too, so i went back to the rx8 R3 its waaaaaaaaaay to fun in the curves biggrin.gif

shoulda went with a 350z or a wrx sti for the price of that. ^^

I mean, if you are happy with it, then that's all good. It is a very clean and pretty car, however..... personally, it is like the 7th gen in my opinion.. (chick car status). But if you are looking to trade it in one day, then rock it till the wheels fall off man. Glad you found something you are happy with.

mazda has one of the biggest race car followings, sponsored by mothers products and safedriving, they had 2 semi trucks with 6 rx8s, we smoked all of them but the turboed one because he was in a higher class
