I have a spare 7AFE head in the garage and I was thinking of taking the dremel to it to
A - Learn how to do port work B - try to make it flow a little better for the race car Anyone try this? Any general suggestions? pics to follow.... -------------------- -Mike

do it. its easy and over rated. Thats an interesting point... over rated in the sense of its difficulty or its benefit? Especially since its an "econo" head -------------------- -Mike

do it. its easy and over rated. Thats an interesting point... over rated in the sense of its difficulty or its benefit? Especially since its an "econo" head Overrated in both benefit and difficulty. The benefit isn't worth the hassle... it's not so much it's hard to do... but annoying and long to do. Older cars with crappy head casts and such from way back when, can see some benefit... but pretty much anything made since the 80's is a lot better. Seriously - I'm curious. And maybe thats a loaded question since that is a 3g 3SGTE head that I had done. I think im going to give it a shot to see how hard it is to do.
