if anybody does this and needs to make a bootable Win7 DVD (all you get is a download for the $30).. here are the instructions.

Its funny how Microsoft finally has a good idea at selling windows at a discounted rate for students who would probably pirate it anyway, yet they fail at not providing a normal ISO that you can burn.
This is more work, than getting a pirated version...and thats sad!

Yeah i expected to be downloading an iso, i guessed wrong there. a whole mess of files is what i got. They did offer me the DVD via mail for $14 more which is probably why they didn't make it so easy to burn, so they can make more money off people, you know.. duh. laugh.gif

It says upgrade not DVD, not ISO and if you don't even have Windows already for that .bit version your getting. GOOD LUCK!
