Yesterday was a great day, i saw plenty of people driving, riding bikes all over. The celi sounds good man.

Too bad i took the insurance off mine for winter already....You know how unpredictable it is in the midwest.

thanks. i'm really happy with how well the engine sound is picked up. lift sounds great, even with the stock intake. i made a 'muffle' over the mic pickup with some folded cloth (cut up an old sock) and cellphane tape. low tech, but it works flawlessly.

That thing does sound pretty good. Too bad that road has gone to crap. That could have been a pretty cool video.

ugh yea

the last run of the day, we had just got done hiking around, the parking lot is between the 2 halves of the road there in the video. i pulled out and went down to the river taking it easy, near the bottom theres a line of 4 guys from a honda/nissan/evo meet. evidently its a bigass midwest meet with like 100 cars or something nuts. so i see them vroom vroom vroom vroom they go past me in a tight line. i'm like 'oh ****, i'm not passing up on this' and grin at my girlfriend. i pull a fast U in the parking lot and rip back off down the road after them. i get behind a slow TL (i'm 45sec atleast behind them), we get to the straight and i'm able to pass (in a legal passing zone!). i close the gap on a red S14 and keep up with the pack through the climb up, we part ways as they all turn around to go again. i didn't want to press my luck, i got a little loose around one corner and they were flinging alot of loose gravel at the car too.

my fingers were tingling, pulse was racing, and my breathe was short. it was fun.

very much so, the 7A-FE sounds nice too though. different sound totally from the 2ZZ, they're both nice (owning both). the 7A has a deeper growl from the intake and whines different when you wind it out. the powerbands are vasty different too. the 7A has meat down in the 3000-5000 band, the 2ZZ is happy from around 4000 to 7000+.

I actually had a girl tell me she loved how my car sounds...and I never really paid a ridiculous amount of attention to it, but it does have a decently deep tone.

I know the Midwest Meet you are talking about. Believe it or not, a couple of my friends started that a few years back. Maybe you guys watched that video I posted of the guy with the teal green Honda Civic... That guy started that meet. It's grown every year. I meant to go last year, but I had no job and no monies.

Well, considering that it is a 2ZZ-GE, that's certainly more than likely.
