Factory tires are 205/50/15, I assume that's a decently common size.

actualy the mr-2 spyder comes with off set rims to create understeer into the corner and oversteer coming out so that you dont go to fast, unfortunately idk remember the size any more because my dads has aftermarket rims(17's).
Also another fyi 17's on a stock susp. will rub if you get into heavy enough coners, BUT aftermarket rims will alow you to corner even better. A little off topic but I took it out to a curvey road with stock rims and timed it (6min 53sec) with out speeding, then I put the aftermarket ones on and drove it again (4min 48sec) with same conditions. The down side of it is tho, is there is absolutly no cargo space all you have is 2 little cubby holes, not even big enough for a week long trip. Also on the engine swap that will be hard because toyota decided to not make the mounts compatable, so it requires modifying. I think the 1zz does a perfect job the car isnt supposed to be fast its made to be quick and nimble ie why they used the 1zz cause really if toyota wanted to make it fast they would have used the 2zz super thats in the exige. Now the interior, it has a neat touch with the circles but the hard plastic dash and the choices of interior colouring (red leather, black cloth, exe) wasnt all to good(fortunatly my dad got the black ext. with tan leather int.).

^^^ Thank you Hatchy for that information. I think I am going to have to go with the SW20, as most of my local friends say that car suits me best for looks (besides the Celica). Also, for what it is I wish to accomplish as far as skills are concerned, in both the development and improvement aspect for future things I have in mind that I wish to accomplish.
