just throwing this out there but with how you have that set up you can do what i did to keep it clean(it also gives it more of a prof. look to it imo)
it does not cut down on air flow either which is a +

I like that idea i might give it a shot, did you have to cut the original intake box in any way to make the pipe fit?
p.s. sweet engine bay thumbsup.gif

Leave the intake how you've got it, Remove every last piece of the stock system, including the huge box behind the fender.

It's just a waste of space / weight.

And be careful with that cigarette lighter in that arm rest box.

Other than that, Welcome.

if you can tell me 1 thing that i could put there that is useful then i will remove my box, other then that it keeps my filter cleaner longer and it weighs a grand total of 2.3 lbs which will not effect my car in any way

So i got my new rotors during the weekend and installed them as well as my new pads
I got ATE PremiumOne Slotted front rotors and Hawk HPS front pads

The brakes are awesome, my old ones us to shake violently because they were warped and these are so smooth
I love them! When i take off the wheels ill get better pictures
I also bent the bottom of my front license plate in a little to make it more "aerodynamic" haha

Large Intake resonator.

I've tried sitting the pod air filter in the bottom half of the stock air box and it only serves to constrict the path of air while it still taking in hot air from the engine. I figure its best to keep all of it, or keep none of it.

So about 5 months ago my old cassette deck froze on me and never came back to life

i drove around with no stereo since then, until recently that i got enough money to be able to buy a new deck.
I saw a VR500CSBT on sale and went for it, i read mixed reviews on it but decided to give it a chance

i installed it as soon as i got home, it was my first time installing a radio so i took my time to make sure i didn't mess anything
So far this thing is great, it plays off a USB or SD card and CD's and even has blue tooth, i never really cared for blue tooth until now
it sounds great and I'm loving it, i also took out my old big antenna and put some tape over it for no, i plan on plugging this soon

so how do i get radio reception? I followed this and attached a wire to my old antenna and ran it under the headliner, works like a charm. I also replaced my old shift knob. From this:

to this:

And i was watching Scrubs, i cant remember if it was season 1 or 2, but i spotted this 6gen

I freaked when i saw it, pretty sweet
