If your car is a stock 5sfe with just a header and exhaust. I'm sorry but it's not going to have 200hp. Maybe 145 to the crank. Just by going from looking at your profile.

Lol I havnt updated. I have the motor swap 2nd gen 3sgte in my garage just need to save for the tranny and I'm good. And right now headers exhaust intake and pistons and rod and a .20 bore over. That's gotta be 200. If not that's sad and I should just sell the car and the swap.

not even close. you'd need cams and some serious head work at a minimum. the 5s probably isn't even capable of 200hp NA though. A 3sgte is whole different beast and the sky (and your wallet) is the limit to the power you can make

Anyway, Back on topic! (sorry to threadjack)

I will be selling my car soon but I dunno if it's too far for you. All I'm looking to do to it before I sell it is get a replacement drivers side fender. It was hit right between the wheel well and door when its previous owner had it so there's some rust there I'm looking to get rid of and "make nice". Just replaced all the belts, starter, alternator and clutch within the last 6 months (clutch 1 month).
