just wondering if anyone has done this or knows of a site that talks about this.

i know people have done 7a-Ge hybrids with the 4a-ge head. but they had to use a few odd balls like a porsche timing belt.

so i guess my main concern is...what timing belt to use with 5s block and 3sge head?

you mean 5sfe??

the 90-99 mr2 n/a has the 5sfe

and mr2 peeps do frankenstein projects with 5sfe blocks and 3sgTe heads and odd parts into it....and getting upwards of 600+ hp

as far as 5sfe with 3sge....i suppose it could work...but they're both N/A so why bother? just use the turbo'd 3sgte and get better power

anubis=nOOb

this has been done, I'm not sure what timing belt they use, I never really thought about that, but, I'm not much of a mechanic

more importantly, can we swap the jdm 3s-fe IM to gain power?
this has been dicussed, also can we use any usdm 3s-fe IM to gain power?

the ge head will give you performance increase, but it would be better to do the gte.
