to anyone that has done the swap, how difficult is the rear disk conversion from the GT to the ST

Not too difficult depending on how you get your parts. If you get them complete, meaning nothing is taken apart, then it's a direct swap. Roughly 3 big bolts, e-brake cables and brake lines. Not too hard. You can use the DIY for reference, but IMO, it's a bit overly complicated. It seemed to me that the dude got his parts all separately...
