i have a 97 with the 7afe the car had a small fire and burned the engine wiring. so now im trying to take a 95 wiring harness and a 97 harness (whats left of it) and make one but i cant find a wiring diagram for the 97 with the 7a can anyone help. ooh and the 97 is an auto trans and the 95 was a stick. im lost PLEASE HELP

what part burned??

what you're doing may be impossible... 97 has more sensors since its OBDII while 95 is OBDI

x2. It may be cheaper and easier to just call up your local junk yard and order a 96-99 engine harness.

HEy, im sorta in the same boat. My current car 95 stick st wiring is all brittle and old. i want to use my stock cars wiring, but its a 96 st AUTO..



but thats not possible? is there any wiring I can use? my 96 is in waaaaaaay better condition, and would like to swap as many parts from it to my current 95 as possible....

your better off going on car-part.com and looking for the wiring harness for your exact model and trans. I've tried rigging two different harnesses together for a 4x4 suburban, it didn't work out to well
