Hey, having a problem with my headlights on my st202 94 model,
Basically i have H.I.D's on low beam and one side keeps blowing fuses for some reason, i tried changing the ballasts over to see if it happened on the other side but it stayed on the same side, I then removed the H.I.D.s and fitted the normal bulbs again but still the same thing, and also since this started happening my high beams are slightly lighting up even when switched off and they work fine when i do switch them on, i cannot see anything obviously wrong as in bare wire or water damage on the wires. also before i bought the car two spot lights were already installed which are wired through the headlights, has anybody any ideas on what could be wrong? any checking procedures to go through? any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated and i have a feeling to find this problem its going to mean removing my veilside bumber and i really dont wanna risk damaging that!, this problem is really annoying me at this stage!!!! |

i'd have to say it'd have something to do with the fog lights that were installed before you got the car. You must have a short some where if your blowing fuses like nothin. I'd say get a wiring diagram and work that out and do voltage drops to narrow down where the wiring problem is.
