I have a 98 subaru outback with a manual tranny, does any one know if any parts at all could be used for a swap on my 94 gt? Im trying to save as much $ as possible!

NONE of it will work on your celica.
If you already have a 5 speed stock, and your transmission is shot, you could save money, IF you really wanted to use a 88-91 transmission from a celica 3sfe or 3sge. They are weaker, and have super short gears. Or look around for a s54 trans, came stock in the 6th gen celica GTs.
