okay...

i've been busy at work. i'm a field tech/welder/loop cutter... and a busy mofo at that. (gotta make that money) and every other weekend i spend with my daughter. even the car comes after my lil' joy. (Right directly after wink.gif )

anyway, auto tranny took a dump on me a few weeks ago...

so being so f~ing busy, i did the dumbsh!t... i took it to a shop.

Me n alex pulled everything for a swap and took it down to a lil joint that'll remain anonymous. (not going to name any names, that'd just be rude)

So anyways; i just got my car back from SplitSecond Performance earlier today and lo-n-behold there is a few issues i now have to deal with mad.gif

okay... i know took it to a shop, lets all get it outta our systems now... let me help:

okay, HAHAHAH D-MAN...

got it. sorry.

so now i need to know where the speed sensor is located on the GT tranny.

nope.

we're sorting out the gremlins from the swap now. swap is complete man.

we had some issues all around the board so me, matt, n alex changed out a number of older (15yrold) fuses, relays, changed the distributor (did a frank-n-dizzy with alex's distributor and my existing cap laugh.gif ) changed the ECU, regrounded some stuff; blah blah blah. you know how we do over here wink.gif

yeah i ment to get around to fixing that reverse light BS but after Rei-Ohkie died over and over at the shop, we just hammered away there; it's late, and i'm not drunk. so i'll do the reverse light tomorrow laugh.gif

anyway, thanks though. i really appreciate it. the new GF is amazed in how quickly we can get sh!t done between all of us laugh.gif Knowledge is but a phone call away, and parts are usualy just laying around one of our garages. i was laughing, "when's the last time you seen an ECU problem solved from diagnosis to installation within 120 seconds?" laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

anyway man; thanks again, but gremlin slain. biggrin.gif
