Eurou Aero Type 2 Kit, Original mold or no? Options

I was looking through Bulletproof Automotive's catalog and noticed that the Arising I front bumper and the Eurou front bumper look remarkably similar, if not identical - I was planning on getting the Eurou front/rear with varis side skirts, but I want a flush fit pretty much straight out of the box so it doesn't get too costly with fitment - so is Eurou the original manufacturer of their kits? Also, is varis' Arising II skirts their original mold as well? And if one isn't, can someone point me in the right direction? I'm trying to get an idea of how much money I need to save in order to get this done this summer.
