thanks guys for the support. yeah we're fine, we were the only ones who didn't have any sort of injury what so ever.
basically what happened was we were in a line in the left lane waiting for people to turn, the right lane cleared and i changed into the right lane. the crazy cunt then decided to change lanes while i was only halfway past her... I said right before/while getting hit, "you have to be kidding me" my gf can vouch for me... she then proceeded to over correct, all while on the accelerator and rammed into the lady in front of her... Apparently the lady that hit both of us was on anti seizure meds and all sorts of other sh!t so i have no doubt she was out of her mind while driving, she looked like it when i saw her... still pissed/frustrated... expect to see a FS thread from me soon. i'm not fixing it, i have no money, going to college soon and need to get this thing paid off, i'ma use the money from insurance to pay some of it off. it hurts but its life...

You realize the money from insurance can be used to fix the car at no cost to you, correct? She was at fault, her insurance takes care of EVERYTHING. Damage, rental car, everything.

Or at least in NY and my experience, they do.

That's what insurance is there for man. Insurance will cover the costs. As long as the car ain't deemed totaled.

well i just kinda of got some bad news.. Found out in KS that if the damage equals 75% of the value of the car its totalled out so that puts this at even more of a chance of being gone..

my car was deemed a total for just the fender and lower control arm, but i bought it back and took their cash and fixed it with my own flair, look into the cost of parts and take the money and do it yourself, i did all the mods to mine on their money that way and i love how it came out. this could be a blessing in disguise if handled right. good luck man.
