Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall.
Torque is how far you take the wall with you....

As I have a liftback I'm not sure how this looks from the inside, but it looks like the motor, guide and gear is behind the metal bracket.

If you use the search function. I do believe (batman) has made a small DIY.
If you can't find it.. I did one too.. but really bad one... not sure if its still available i'll check for you later.
its pretty easy if you got some skinny arms, aha

1. remove rear seat and bottom cushion
2. remove scuff plate
3. remove upper inside quarter panel trim ( 3 screws on top)
4. remove lower inside quarter panel trim (2 screws at the bottom, 2 clips on the side attached to the rear seat brace)
5. fully open window ( down position) remove 2 of the window stops. ( 10mm)
6. fully close window ( up position) remove the spring pin. (on the rear window mount, towards the rear of the car) be careful, remember to catch the washer! its sits behinds the pin.
7. remove window (its hard at first but trust me it does come out with a bit of effort
8. remove the 3 nuts holding down the window guide (2 on top 1 on bottom)
9. remove the window guide after
10. disconnect the connector
11. remove for 4 bolts for the motor/regulator
and your done

installation is the reverse of removal.
