CSI has 2 wires going to the plug, but it wont extend that far to the starter. It has a square plug anyway, and IIRC black and green wire.

The grey plug could deal with the coolant temp sensor. Do you have everything hooked up on the coolant out let neck?

the two are connected on the front , along with the one in the head on the same set of plugs, there is a one flat spaded sensor on the back of coolant neck, but thats for a simple black flat spade connector withc this isnt , the plug has 12 volts at key one and duriing cranking

knock knock... whos there?

however your car will still run with that unplugged... search more for the true problem
all your injectors won't fire? will it crank? injectors won't fire if the AFM is not hooked up

x2

Knock sensor plug

Verify that you have +12V at all your injectors, coil, igniter.

Check all your grounds (near battery, under intake manifold, etc.)
