There is a ground wire from the main harness to the back of the intake manifold. Supplies ground to the injectors, ecu..etc.. make sure you connected it.

also make sure your resistor pack is connected, and that your igniter is bolted to the car (needs a ground from its casing to fire)

you can also try manually turning on the fuel pump by putting a paper clip between the te and e1 terminals in the diagnostic port. you will then hear the pump come on with the key in the on position.

also dont forget the harness plug that connects to the back of the distributor.

everything is grounded, there is spark , i have fuel presure at the filter , there just seems to be no injector pulse, is it possible for the resistor pack to be faulty after sitting for awhile, like from the time the motor was pull till when i got it , , thanks for the help

did you have a pulse tester to actually see that you are getting zero pulse?

Is the timing set up right?

Good call. If you did the timing belt incorrectly, the car wont fire.

Well if its fuel related, you checked to see if your fuel pump is working?

Did you try jumping B+ to FP on the diagnostic box?

Did you check to see if you are getting power to the injectors?

Is your EFI fuse okay?

You sure you have the injector ground wires grounded?

A cheap fix would be, run to radioshack and buy 4 8ohm resistors from them and wire it in.

listen to the fuel injector while cranking the motor, if they click ur good. u do this by putting a screwdriver or anything of the like to the injector/ur ear and listen. The ECU uses GROUND SWITCHING switching for the injectors... so w/ the key on u should have a constant 12v at one of the two terminals... and the other terminal should be 0v to the positive battery terminal and anywhere between 1 and 7v with the engine cranking.

did you check the AFM? it has to be hooked up correctly and in good working condition for the injectors to fire... there is a kill circuit on it and the dizzy if both are not working correctly on the 2nd gen
