Help gauge lights? Options

Hi I am trying to copy the dash lights this guy has in his green charger they are orange in color, you can see them at 2:29 on the video clip on you tube.

I have the same tachometer and I bought GE's 194 orange coated wedge bulb and when lit up in the gauge it looks yellow not orange. It looks yellow in my carbon fiber gauges also!!!!!

-I went on e-bay and looked for the bulb covers in orange color or amber but they all look yellow also.


-Finally I checked into getting some amber LED's and all the pics of those lighted up where yellow also!


-So I am lost how do you get that orange glow? Does anyone have a part number for a bulb that works?

There might be a green film behind your gauges you may be to scrape off.
