Well I got my cat yesterday and boy was this an intense job, tried seperating the bottom half of the cat while it was still on the car, all 5 stud broke off...
Removed the heat shield facing the block as this was just plain getting in my way. Would this cause anything to go wrong?? I left the one facing the radiator and facing the ac pump on though. At the end of it all, I started and air seeps through where the lower half and top half of the cat is joint, not alot but enough to feel with your hands, gotta get a gasket made to sort that out. Was expecting some flames when I upshift but there's nothin, the car didn't even get any louder :S. Turbo now begins spooling much earlier though smile.gif..Turbo induction sounds more sexy now and whistles very loud.. Can't feel any huge power gain, just a little
