Hey,
I found 16" Momo Arrow rims for sale. 2 rims need tires, rest is good for about 350 bucks. How would they look on the Celica ?  on my car:

That's all up to you as to looks. I can do a photoshop for you if you can take a side on of the car and rims. I have a set up for sale with pictures of it on my car in my signature, however...price is definitely reasonable.
