It just makes sense how the big bro Supra always wins. The Rx7 started to catch up at the end. Makes me proud to have a 6th gen Celica even though it has the Camry LE heart. lol

yeah its a great video that, and to be honest the gt4 doesnt get great launches either so could be quicker still, same goes for supra at end though.

I'm actually really surprised...not about the 240. But I did expect it to be slightly behind the Cosworth and RX-7. I'm alright with it losing to big brother Supra though.

aye, for the 3rd gen gtfour, toyota massivly understated the car on the specs sheet so that it didnt piss on the supras 45k price tag as opposed to the fours 30k tag.
however in saying that the 3rd gen massively ranges in bhp and when i say massive, i mean massive, some are known for 240bhp... some have been as high as 280bhp so as you can see, it certainly could shift and hit 0-60 in alot sooner than the quoted time from toyota of 6.1 seconds, try a sub 5.5 with a launch, -------------------- 1994 ST-205 JDM GTFour... fmic conversion finshed, project GT500 is underway

I'd really like to see a comparo of a regular GT-4 against a WRC version, with anti-lag and the cooling mechanisms activated.

^^^ Sounded like the Supra. You can still slightly hear the 3S revving up and shifting.
