It depends on what's not working! 9 times out of 10 the pump isn't running in reverse or the hose is plugged to the rear. The number one reason is a faulty pump. Easy to fix, no so easy to get to. You'll find it attached to the bottom of the washer tank under the inside fender splash guard. You have remove the front of the splash guard and then you can see it.

Before you do any of this have someone run the washer pump in reverse while you get down and listen to see if you can hear the motor running. Have them run it in forward first so you can hear it running and then switch to reverse. If you don't hear it running in reverse it's open it up time.

First get the tire off, then remove the front of the splash gaurd. (you don't have to remove the whole thing! It'll bend!) Once you get the splash guard bent back you'll see the tank, pump and connector. Here's the catch. There.s no way to tell is it's the pump or the switch until you get to the pump and check to see if you have power in both directions on the connector. If you only have power on one pin you have break somewhere between the switch and the pump. (I've never actually had a stalk washer switch go bad, but have heard a few owners that had a bad connector. If you don't know your way around a volt meter pull the pump out of the tank and plug it back in and run it outside the tank to see if it's nunning in both directions. If not you need a pump!

Do yourself a favor and do not use an aftermarket pump. They're famous for leaking and lasting less than a year. And forget repairing it as you can get the pump case off, but what'll you'll most likely find is croded leads inside the motor housing and they're not repairable.

It's a bit of a pain to trouble shoot that pump only because they put it in a sucky place, but once you get the splash guard pulled back you'll get it quick!

Let me know if you need anything else!
