Hello everyone, just got off from work. I have been wondering about, if I am going to get a 3sgte for my car, do i need new tranny and mounts or some other things? I am driving a 96 GTS

Its a good place to start to see what is generally involved.From what I've learned on here the 3s swap is straight forward in that its a mostly bolt on affair with very little custom work involved. But there are definately lots of "other things" that you need to be aware of especially when it comes to transmissions. Basically expect to spend a few months on here learning all the details. This isn't something you would want to just jump in to...
