I was just popping off some of the pieces on my interior and I took off the lighter piece, but couldn't get the yellow-tinted wire off. The white one was easy, but I was afraid I'd break the other one. Any ideas?

Isnt it in a shape of an L, supposed to come off in one piece.

for the light just twist it and pull it off
for the other wire the L shaped piece just pull off

GAH! How do I take off the L-Shaped piece? First two people said pull it off, but the other guy said don't.. what exactly am I supposed to do?!
