Found a pretty clean black '94 ST204 today for $600 with a bad tranny. It's auto though... but my uncle doesn't care. He still wants one after driving in mine.

I pulled the engine since I swapped out the wiring because I wanted it all to be OEM, but you don't actually need to pull it to swap it. And I converted to non ABS as well. As long as you have a nice set of tools, (American Made) since sh!tty stuff breaks, and a 22mm for the axle nuts haha |

Yes, they came in '98-99 Celicas. You can also use a 7th gen, Corolla, or Rav4 steering wheel.
