On an unrelated note, today I declared my love to a girl who happens to have a boyfriend. It did not go well for me as apparently she is very much in love. A sad day indeed.

Having been there myself, I'll just say good things come to those who wait and that if she's not interested there's going to be a better one coming along soon who is. Trust me. I married mine.

Oh, I'll be fine, it is just that she is such a wonderful woman that in spite of knowing that she had a boyfriend, I still tried; I could not let the opportunity go. BTW, her boyfriend is studying out of state and they don't see each other much, so I had to try or regret the rest of my life wondering what would have happened. It took me 3 years. Then I saw on Facebook a publication that said: "If dealing with the doubt between acting and not acting upon something, choose without a doubt to act upon it. If you make a mistake, at least you'll have the experience". In my situation, I was always afraid of being rejected and spoil the relationship all toghether, so I never acted upon it until I said: Oh let's just get this over with and see what happens, and then I did it. Don't regret it.

Back to car stuff. Ceramic coated my exhaust manifold heat shield and the top part of the intake manifold. Going to coat the valve cover soon as well, make it all flow together better. Will post before and after pics once all done.

Christ is also a crock of **** but hey now, that's another thread! I'm not big on cheaters or infidelity, but probing feelings doesn't hurt much. Props to you for going for it. Man, these last few posts have been depressing - forever alone, all of us.

Hey, not me! Brigette's Celica came with the Boyfriend mod. It comes stock on all Celicas, but most previous owners have removed the stock Boyfriend. They do sell aftermarket Boyfriends, but they are not highly recommended.

Usually, the ones that don't mess with aftermarket parts are best, since they may not have been worked on yet and hence, the socket isn't rounded out.

Haha, that is my only hope, that she change her mind. We'll see because I wish she be happy. She has seen the car and was impressed over what I've done so far. She likes it.

As far as cars go, I do want to see those before and after pictures of the manifolds and the head cover. I might get it done as well; it sounds cool.

And it is almost scary the way we switched back to car talk, it totally was seamless. I mean, talking about us (boyfriends) as car accessories is almost troubling

Oh, I almost forget, today I passed the 180,000 miles and I took a picture that I might post later.
