I've thought about removing mine, I can't help but feel something would be missing though.

Finally almost done with polishing out the car, going by hand takes FOREVER. Cutting through all the haze on the hood alone took ages. There's actually halfway decent paint on the car, who knew? tongue.gif Only place really left is the nose cone, so hopefully that won't take too terribly long.

Finally finished cutting, buffing, and waxing the Celica. Amazing the difference, and how long it takes doing it by hand...

Today I broke my fuel cap release lever again -.-

Which meant I then needed to fill the tank at 182.9 c/L ($6.90 per gallon if I calculate correctly), because I won't be getting in there again for a while tongue.gif

Soooo, who's ready to see what two days of cutting, buffing, polishing, and waxing your car by hand looks like!?

READY!?

There was actually decent paint hiding behind the haze all this time. I was really impressed after looking at this photo, as I really noticed the difference then. Somewhere deep inside I must like the car, or something like that. I don't know.

I'm contemplating replacing the second cat with: http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/display...artnumber=18124

And the OEM muffler with: http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/shopexd...in&id=11046

I suppose I will keep the OEM resonator, since I don't think it really poses any restriction anyhow. The only reason I'm removing the cat is simply for the fact it's scrap price will pay for it all. tongue.gif That and I'm sure removing a cat with 191,XXX miles on it has to free things up a little. Well, we can dream can't we? Hopefully the combination equals out to a louder tone that doesn't sound totally like ****. tongue.gif
