How do you screw up the timing on a DOHC inline engine? The only thing easier is SOHC inline or OHV. tongue.gif DOHC V engine yes, then it can become a pain.

I guess I'm not helping by selling people parts with a 6-8 week turnaround on shipping tongue.gif

I'm getting parts sent to me, some express, some normal, but I don't get to see any of mine until I'm back in Australia in July tongue.gif

Also, its now been 3 and a half months since I've seen / driven my Celi frown.gif

Hmm, my short throw should be here sometime this week. Then I get the joy of installing it. Then I'll see how I like it or not. Installed a B&M knockoff in my brother's Maxima and it was too much of a difference.

Today I talked with Jim King from mr2OC,. and ordered...

and the one for the 97 Camry,.

Now I can start to plan the wiring for the Red Dragon,. I also picked up a 2nd ECU over the weekend, and started pulling a harness, before the weather disagreed and started raining and lightning.

The pick-n-pull also was good enough to have a V6 Camry Cluster, a full set of headlight surrounds, and one good low beam with all tabs intact. It did have the 95 Celica listed as a hatchback and it ended up being a coupe, so that pissed me off, but all in all a great day at the junkyard.

Well he said he shipped them in Feb, and they never showed, so he shipped a second set and said he'd give me a tracking number.. Never gave me a number and they never arrived. So now he's suppose to be sending another set and said he would give me the tracking number when he gets home that he keeps forgetting... No tracking number still.

White for now and then when I put my black liscense plate surround on with the black mirrors on the new doors, I'll change it.

Cleaned out the interior, vacuum and some Son of a Gun protectant (which I prefer to ArmorAll because it's lower gloss).
but then it rained so I didn't clean the outside of the car (so no pic for our game frown.gif )

soon , i'll replace the peeling 35% tint off the doors to replace with some uv protectant 20% . and leave the 35% on the back so it's easier to see out

Is the paint an exact match to the factory, or was this a matter of getting it close enough? The only place I've found 3L2 is through dealers, and screw paying for that...

It's an exact match... Well I hope so anyway

I got to my local auto parts store and they do paint mixing for $30 a can
That 1 can lasted me these 2 risers, but i did mess up 2 coats so.. I say its got a decent amount

I imagine dealers would be a completely rip off tongue.gif
