Today i went to two different picknpull sites to check out the new 95's that have been on the yard for just a week in hopes of scoring a new sunroof motor and relay. Instead I found that neither one had a sunroof but the last one was a GT and it had nice seats in it. Not only do they have 100k less miles than mine, look like they had a nice lightweight driver using them, and best of all they have the extra adjustment knob on the side that lowers the ass of the seat an extra 3 inches! And when I got there somebody had already unbolted it to snag the seat belt latch so all I had to do was pick it up and carry it up to the counter and give them $30 for it. Now my tall ass no longer has headroom issues!

I know bad idea, picked up another '94 6GC I know I shoudlnt have had. In decent shape interior is dirty, typical driver seat rip. At least its a GT model 5spd, missing few things here and there nothing that cant be replaced ;-) , got some TRD bits for it riser blocks kouki tails,,, just need to scoop up a set of kouki headlamps and possibly GT4 conversion ;-) and she be set,,, enjoy pics cause no pics sukz




My current 6GC as I was pulling out ;-) just for the hell of it

Lol both I cant afford a bupra with 2j,,, so Silvias Rb powered swapped are all business highway top speed runners, 3SGTE 6GC for autocross etc ;-) daily/street work horse,
Dont know what ill do with the red one if its gonna get 3s or 5s to drive since it has no motor just got 5spd tranny. Gotta look over body see if its healthy for a 3S transplant ether 4th gen or 5th gen 3sgte obiously ;-) got bunch off Jdm kouki goodies for hatch that i wasnt able to sell ;-)

P.s. feel dumb but cant figure out how to add profile pic/aviator etc I cant figure out this site looked all over.

Kouki tail lamps, Trd side skirts high ones like on my blk 6gc, Trd valances front and rear, GT4 riser blocks-> all oem parts,,,
things I like to get.. I'll keep an out for gt4 front would like to have another one and kouki projectors I sold like 2 sets on forum lol if I only knew

Pick'n and a Grin'n

They have had 6 different 6gc Celica's at the local picknpull lots in the last month.
Today I picked up a nice looking Silver head-liner out of a Teal GT. For some reason my red car with black interior always had brown seats, tan headliner and carpet, tan shift boot and knob. IDK why it was real ugly. It looks much better with the silver and black, but somebody had got the black carpet before I got there. : /

So my total list of loot for the month is now: Font seats(no rips), Tail lenses, tail light sockets(my old ones were missing the O-rings), air filter box, a spare PCM, Head-liner, rear view mirror, sun visors, sunroof motor, relay, switch.

Ran wiring for JDM foglights. Bench tested HID's in my JDM proectors.

shipping killed me to Guam, a total of over 700 in shipping parts was about the same price as shipping. Sucks to be here on Guam, but it will be better for the 25 year rule cus Guams 3hrs away. shipping only 1400 for a car for the most part to Guam.

Drained the rad today, surprised to see it was quite oily!!! I then realized that I should have flushed the radiator when I swapped the transmission because it originally held some auto trans fluid. At least, I hope that's it. New rad, hoses, and a right front wheel bearing going in tomorrow, then a flush and the learning experience continues.

New rad installed today. Hoses from rockauto were too thick, and the top hose too long. The t-stat gasket from Advance didn't fit so I only used RTV. More parts hunting tomorrow...

Crap luck. In-store rad hoses are wrong too, I guess the bottom fits but it's thicker in that the stock clamps don't fit over, so I don't trust it. Few days wait for NAPA or online dealer, local dealer wanted twice as much. More downtime for my daily...

In non-Celica news, a local used car dealer is looking for a grey manual G35S sedan with spoiler, black interior, and under 100k for me.
