Hey guys,

Unfortunatly I am going to be selling my celica soon, so I am in the process of making it a bit more stock than it was before. I just removed my Pioneer Priemer head unit and placed in a stock double-din 3-disc changer that i bought from someone on the site....the cd changer seems to be broken giving me an E-01 code. Any ideas on what this may be.

other info:
*i can take the cd magazine out without any issue
*no cds are in the changer
*when the cd unit is hooked up, the stereo is super low (must be causing a huge amount of resistance on the circuit)

Any tips or info would be appreciated!

E-01 and E-02 are disc related error codes AFAIK. Try bumping teh power on it to see if it resets itself. Otherwise if you're sure there are no discs stuck inside it may be something internal. Sux though
