Modified by bnicolas at 9:40 PM 3/31/2010

i decided to reweld the rear fender its too noisy inside

grind some extra welds

and freaking body work again shoot im really getting tired of the shetz

Modified by bnicolas at 9:40 PM 3/31/2010

so can you say lightened crankshaft!
just got back from the machine shop and boy they really trimmed this sucker up real good...

hopefully this is good for 10k rpm
can you see the difference
lightened balance knife edeged what more could you ask for

Modified by bnicolas at 9:41 PM 3/31/2010

got my flywheel resurfaced

past few days went to the junkyard and picked up rx7 fc calipers and borrowed my friends (2tgeu's) brackets so i can fabricate my own

my pistons came in today oversize 87.5 for a 5s
and no the 87mm oversize mr2 turbo pistons is not going to work due to the pins are high its gonna stick out

i bought an intercooler spearco 3 1/2 inch thick
very nice

had a problem with the center radiator support i have to trim it down

with custom brackets made fits perfect

tomorrow will be upgrading the fuel system
for my 1000 cc injectors

i know im not even half way done

so i drop my fuel tank to add an existing line
and to check if its clean
i realize that i have another steel line hanging in my engine bay for the the vacuum so i used that instead so i dont have to add another hose again

here is the hose that i added

so im done putting it back

tomorrow i will be adding another fuel pump so it could feed my 1000cc rc injectors

Thank you for the complements

Today i drilled holes for my nagisa shock tower plates

i added another fuel pump

soldered the wires

here is the finishing touch

here you go installed under the car

my friend came over i helped him changed brake pads and belts

Modified by bnicolas at 9:43 PM 3/31/2010

today i swapped my steering wheel from the beast. its been 2 years that i've been slacking ha ha ha
too small from chasis

and here's the 86

i painted the screws cause its all rusted

im done on the front suspension for now
i need to finish the car by next month

so steering swap is done

feels so good on the beast

im done with the steering rack

im done with my front end hooked up headlights, foglights signal lights installed my license plate and align the lights it was so hard without the jdm bracket but worked out fine

tomorrow i will be working on my fuel line to install a fpr

took this pictures at the machine shop
my ported head is done

thanks for the refferal

Today transmission day
Cleaned my transmission with a power washer

Just in case i break this w55 from a 22r
I got an extra and 7mgte turbo transmission so no downtime

The secret of the rwd conversion the bellhousing

Transmission installed today

I also replaced the the throw out bearing

and transmission is mounted

I picked up a driveshaft from a 80 toyota corona wagon too long so i have to have it shortened
its nice 1 piece woot woot!!!

So I started with my own big brake bracket
this is Mazda Fc calipers 4 pot right side is stock
and 2002 Mini Cooper S rotor

i have to redrill for the rotor to hold

I will be picking up the the welded bracket at Wellbuilt Kustoms Jimmy's shop in Buena Park

Enough today Gotta watch Clash of the Titans with my wife

Modified by bnicolas at 1:42 AM 4/7/2010

thats correct Eric
5sfe Block from a 92 camry 2.2 or celica or mr2 na but i dont have a 3sgte its a 3sge non turbo jdm which has bigger ports higher stock cams and springs which is useless cause im going to upgrade
today i pick up my home made brackets from wellbuilt kustoms

the cnc bracket at the bottom borrowed from my friend

Installed it perfectly

and wala im done with my big brake kit for $75
just a little paint here and there

i also installed my custom brackets made by danstoy with the slave cylinder and exhaust bracket

ha ha hopefully everything works....

today i installed the battery at the trunk
its kinda in the middle because i dont want to block the fuel sending unit
and its a pain to change tailights

i have an original hks bov that i took apart because this was a kit for the
my supra tt i have to get a new flange

i know man its cool no one bought it
they never what they could have had and now im to prove them wrong

so i painted some of the engine bracket and starter

so my connecting rods came in today now my stroker is complete

crankshaft

pistons

Modified by bnicolas at 1:54 AM 4/10/2010

update april 14th i picked up my 1 piece custom driveshaft today

installed fits perfect and driveshaft is done

i found a conquest turbo and took the oil cooler
from the junkyard its 13 row i decided to use this not the rx7 cause its too long it would be hard to fit it in my levin front end plus its oem the lexus v8 only has 5 row i think

added a fan to cool more

i also put a cushion so it wouldnt vibrate at the back and at the bottom

looks like factory install clean and simple also bought new hoses

and once again i finished the oil cooler

i made a cover for my shifter so loud inside

too much holes he he so i decided to do a clean one

test fit perfect

painted it

and done

Modified by bnicolas at 7:59 PM 4/14/2010

Modified by bnicolas at 7:59 PM 4/14/2010

no they are not the same
im using a custom bracket for my transmission

update today april 17th
my steel braided lines came in it cost me almost freakin $400
on this lines i could have just gone with copper but its done already

installed on the brake calipers

i relocated the distributor block hide it somewhere it couldnt be seen

tightened the hoses

i bypassed the clutch start switch

i made my own jumper wire

and brake lines done

i pulled the wiring harness out the engine bay to be ready

i decided to shortened my custom throttle cable
this came off a camry cruise control cable so its still oem and toyota wink.gif

pulled it out

cut drill etc...

cutting the outer housing

and the inner cable

installing it back

and throttle cable is done

dude dont forget to spread the word for the sds standalone still for sale

today i removed my rearend due to my 4.8 gear im not N/A anymore
got to make room for spool for my gt35 dbb lol!!!
bear in mind that this is brand new gearing with new bearings
mann im so tired of this might as well do now than later since my engine is out
car is still on jackstands and already upgrading

draining fluids

removing axles

and what do we have here my little parts corner

and look what i have found a 3.9 gear with lsd looks good

and diff is out

and time to go to shop again to have the lsd installed and 3.9 gear installed
for the freaking 2nd time

update may1st
changing the compressor wheel on my dbb35

and its done just got to have it balanced

the secret to oil starvation high volume oil pump some people dont know about

high perfomance valve seals

this is a discountinued 1000cc injectors made by phyton (sidemount)
cleaned by rc engineering ready to squirt evenly ha ha ha
perfect for my 3rd gen bored out fuel rail by ats

this is an original greddy type r wastegate 50mm

aeromotive fuel pressure regulator

and my oil sandwhich plate
