this is my first car so its been through its share of car crashes when i first started driving. now im trying to make it part JDM but more about express my own personallity. when i had first started to mod the car, it was about what i use the most in the begening. so it was about the audio, then came the performance part of it. what i want to end up is with a daily driven 10 sec 1/4 mile car with the 3s swap and have show statis.

This is my Celica! biggrin.gif

For those of you on the site a lot, you'll know that I keep a progress thread where people can comment on/suggest things that I should do to my car. My friends at school laugh, they call it "6GC's car" because everything that I've done to my car has been suggested on my progress thread by a fellow member tongue.gif . 99% of my money goes into her, and the other 1% goes into food (Guy's gotta eat!). I lost 2 girlfriends over this car, because I'm "addicted". Kinda has a ring to it... laugh.gif .

When I bought it, it was completely stock minus fuzzy dice hanging in the window. It was driven by an elderly man who bought and sold guitars. I picked it up and as soon as I got it home I started modding. I went from debating whether or not to paint the stock rims bronze, to buying brand new rims, to getting ZEROCOOL's ROTA Sub-Zeros. I am currently painting them silver. I have been through 3 completely interior changes. First was entirely black and leather, second was gutted and Sparco racing seats, and now I am finally happy with CelicaST_CALI's tan interior.

Some of the recent add-ons (not pictured) have been the GT4 fog lights, Bee-R 2-step launch control, a GT4 cluster, JDM leather steering wheel out of a Rav 4, and an entire new custom exhaust.

I plan on getting projector headlights, clear turn lenses (on there way in a few days wink.gif ) and some other secret stuffs... Performance, ofcourse wink.gif

My birthday is in June, so make this a birthday to remember! biggrin.gif

Thanks.

When i was real young my mom had a 5th gen celica gts, i ALWAYS wanted a 5th gen celica for my first car because i liked it so much, when it came time to get my car i stuck with the celica but got something newer, the 6gc. I instantly fell in love with it and had great plans for it. The plans included GT4 conversion with lots of JDM goodies. I purchased a 1988 celica turbo alltrac (st165) for a project which set me back cash wise, but recently i have begun doing everything i once dreamed to do to the 6gc, my conversion will end with my 3s-gte which I will get after school. Right now i have the full GT4 body conversion with splitters/skirts/extensions, just need to get some better Washington weather so I can put it on. My car is by far my greatest passion and hobby and I have done all my own mods and had all my own ideas for this car so it would mean a lot to win COTM biggrin.gif

Not much done to my car but figured id enter anyway.

Exterior: Took off toyota celica gt emblems, clear turns and sides, s2k antenna w/ 7th gen base.

Interior: VD shift boot cover e-brake and arm rest covers black w/ blue stitch, blue led climate control mod, blue key and cig lighter ring, blue clock, blue courtesy lights on the doors, 7th gen short shifter.

As far as other plans. Collecting parts to turbo the 5s. I want to get VD seat covers. Need to mod window switch led and cluster lighting just haven't gotten to it yet.

There are a few other pics in my profile.

Ok, so a bit about Charlotte....
Purchased for a dollar, and fell in love with her before I bought it.
Right now the mods that have been done...(so far) SureWin Header, Injen SRI, Magnaflow Catback (custom), Dropped on KYB GR-2's and Tein S Sport Springs, Megan Racing Dodge Neon Strut Bar (retro-fitted), SS-III Seats, Upgraded to Facelift Bumper Cover w/Fogs.
The only things I have planned for the near future is tint, refinish my TRD Rep's sideskirts (and install...obviously), and refinish the Curren rear splits.
There are alot of things on the plate for this summer, so be on the lookout!
